Linking Jetpack Vault Backup thru Bluehost to WP

    I purchased Jetpack Vault plugin and added it and activated it without and problem. The licence key is now installed and it has completed its first backup without any issue.

    Not the problem begins!

    In order to Restore a backup i need to enter the Bluehost FTP (etc) credentials into the relevant form within Jetpack. I spent 4 hours today trying to get this right and it fails every time. I spent 3 hours with the Bluehost technical team and they tried everything – but to no avail.

    They escalated this and following their review they have said that everything is correct from their side and I should refer it to Jetpack.

    Does anyone have any idea of how I move forward please?
