    After following all prompts for linking WooCommerce Extension V2 to Facebook, I’m receiving the message “Oops, something went wrong. This may be because of a technical error that we’re working to get fixed. Try reloading this page.”

    This has now been happening for a week and products from our store are not linking to FB/Instagram.

    Pls assist in resolving this issue.

    I want to sincerely apologize for the connection issue with the Facebook for WooCommerce plugin. We have identified that there is an issue and are taking it seriously, actively investigating with the Facebook team and providing them all the information they need to troubleshoot this further.

    We are working very closely with the Facebook team to troubleshoot these connection errors. A Facebook update is required to resolve the issues, and our plugin team is working hard to provide details to help resolve this.

    In the meantime, version 1.11.4 uses a different connection process, so you can roll back to this version if needed. This may result in needing to adjust some settings when you upgrade again in the future, but you can download that version here.

    @blacura I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble. Facebook has been rolling out several different fixes for connection and permission issues – with more going out today. I might recommend giving it another shot to see if your particular issue has been addressed. If it hasn’t been, definitely don’t hesitate to reach out to us–we’d be happy to help you further!

    Still experiencing the same issue. Catalogue hasnt been update since a week and always the same error message:

    Would mind explaining how resolve this issue, as i think Facebook did not resolve this issue yet.

    I’m having the same issue, already wrote to Facebook help as well, they said they working on it (couple a months ago)

    Your support is a JOKE!

    At the moment of writing this I still experience the same problem, current version is 2.1.3

    Its about time you fix this if you like our advertising dollars.

    I am having the same problem. Plugin just installed on a new site. php 7.4 wordpress latest everything up to date….get linking error at the end.
