Linking Contact 7 Form to cart

I am enjoying the the customization of Contact Form 7, however there is something I’d like to be able to do, and I don’t know if its possible. I’ll explain, I am trying to have the form link with the add to cart button so when someone click on it, it forwards the information with the item to the cart so the customers info stays with the item.
