linking blogroll heading to a page

hi,
im using grouped links plugin, which uses wp_list_bookmarks() function to display blogroll links.

i want to show only 10 latest links on the home page, and the rest on a seperate page, … i can show 10 links, and i have made a page.

but i can NOT get the heading (<h2>Blogroll</h2>) to link to the page.

Please help
