Linking blog posts

Hi all,

Basically what i’m doing is making a joke site and to save space and so the page don’t look like a huge block of text, i want to just post the title to the blog post then when you click it you go into a seperate page which has the joke in it.

Much like this forum you click the title then read the contents. Any easy way of going about this with wordpress any plugins?
