Linking an external video is not working

    I’d love to take advantage of the Black Friday sale, however I’m not so confident since the issue with video links not appearing is still an issue. I’m on SiteGround and have tried other hosts too and when I add different video links, the videos will not load into the slider. Why? What issue should I be looking at? I know you’ve written, “some hosts…..” but it’s happening with pretty much all of the more well-known hosts. Is there a fix for this?

    Can you please tell me which version of Soliloquy you’re currently using? As of now, Soliloquy Lite (our free version) doesn’t include any video capabilities.

    Free version. Well, I guess when I went to add it and saw the link that it would add a video.

    I guess if that’s not the case, maybe the free version should have some sort of setting to remove that.

    Sorry I made the assumption it would work. I will close this and look for an alternative.
