Linking a profile to a tag page

Upon clicking on Tag, it takes the User to a page full of Posts written about that Tag. In my case, the Tags in question will be names of basketball players. I’d like, upon being taken to a Tag page it shows some profile information about that player, which I would like to have remain relatively static.
Most of my Tags are player names and school names.
