Linking a Facebook page to this theme

Hi,

I’m trying to link our Facebook page with the Alizee theme, so that the Facebook icon in the top left can be clickable and send users on our Facebook page. I don’t find the place in the theme options where I can customize the social medias.

Any help would be much appreciated. Sorry for the bad english, it’s my second language!
