The plugin worked previously, but suddenly (no plugin or theme updates), past-due actions started to build up and the linkindex never completes. I’ve tried de-activating and re-activating the plugin, but no luck. Is there a way to “bump” the indexing so it restarts and gets unstuck?

Thank you for contacting us. It could be that the index got stuck.

You can check the logs for the async tasks as shown in this screenshot:

Let us know what the logs say and we can investigate the issue.
    Thank you!

    I have the same issue.

    Thanks for the accurate reporting.

This is regarding to very large sites. We are already working to fix this situation soon by batching all jobs into smaller junks to compute to soon be completely independent of the size of a site.

Will keep you updated on this thread.

    Thank you for your patience.

We have just released v. 2.1.2, which should help with your issues pertaining to linkindex being unable to build correctly.

We have optimized the batch processing for significantly better link index performance on larger websites with that update.

If you have any questions or need help with your upgrade, don’t hesitate to reach out to us.

Actually, I had not been experiencing any more issues until this update. Now with this update, even though LinkIndex says 100%, URLs do not appear:

I believe they do appear eventually, but much later.

    I have the same problem

I am still having this issue. Are we able to please get some support?

We do apologize for the delay, the plugin is under new ownership which has caused a delay in our response time.

Is the link index build still getting stuck after the last update?

Can you share a screenshot of failed actions or any error logs?

    Thank you

    Yes:

Not sure how to provide logs. If you let me know, I can do so.

Ah I see, is the keyword set in the same post or it is on another post?

For example: is one keyword set in post A and the other post B? https://prnt.sc/hi0w6b7Rx3By

You can check in the dashboard if the link was generated for that page, it could be for some reasons it is not generated, due to settings. https://prnt.sc/2_FCqDg03iA9 , you can search the page title.

Let us know if the link was generated or not in the dashboard.

    (@thetechtribune)

Correct, the two keywords are set in different posts:

Additionally, I do not see it in the dashboard:

Ah I see, there could be possible causes that’s why it is not linking.

It could be because of your settings? https://prnt.sc/1an5n1Bv0Aji this limits the outgoing links of a post.

If not, have you tried clicking the manual rebuild button from the dashboard? This lets you manually trigger a full index build if you think something was not right with the previous build. https://prnt.sc/QQUFsCSjCtMw Let this build and observe if you will encounter failed actions in the action scheduler tab.

    Thank you

I had that setting set to zero before, but now it appears uneditable:

I see, that setting would be disabled when you have this enabled: https://prnt.sc/06huD8wrRSpx
