Linkedin FA icon not showing in team member profile page

  • Since two months ago the linkedin logo from the team member profile page is not displaying correctly (looks like an unknown logo, see the social-icon button below contact info, not the one above – grey one, which is added manually in the html version of the member page).

    To try to correct this, I edited the html file via browser inspect and the .member-contact > .social-icons > .linkedin> .fa-linkedin needs to be changed to <fab fa-linkedin> to be recognized. The social icon button is set by the theme after link is added in Team Member meta LinkedIn URL and there is no way to correct the behavior via theme editor. Could you do an update for the plugin to recognize all the new fa (5) icons? Or tell me if I can manually fix that?

    Hi,

    The page you sent me is not using our Team Members plugin. We do not use Font-Awesome in the plugin anyway, we use real pictures.

    I suggest that you contact the theme author so they can help you fix this.
