LinkedIn certificate URL generator plugin?

I want to create a certificate on LinkedIn for users to add to their profiles. One of the fields in the certificate is a URL to the certificate by the issuing entity.
I want to create such a certificate on my website and use its link on LinkedIn. Writing it down sounds like I’m looking for a dynamic page creator that will send me the URL it has created (ideally). Worst case I would need the certificate holder to copy it manually.

Something like this exists?

I’m not sure if there is any plugin available only to generate a certificate and a unique link for the certificate but if you use LMS plugins like Tutor LMS, Sensei LMS, LearnDash LMS, or Lifter LMS then there are chances you will get that feature.

Some support document/video for the above plugins I found that says they generate a unique shareable URL for the certificate (can be used on LinkedIn).

Had a brief look at Sensei LMS and it definitely looks like what I’m looking for.
