linked products not showing

    Hi there, i have set up a few simple products ( went thru the forums to see what the issue was and tried everything to no avail), set it to visible, the items are in stock, but as u can see in the Screenshot, i am unable to show any linked categories or tags (my linked products tab is also greyed out. what can i do to resolve this?

    Hello, and thanks for reaching out,
    In this case, we’d have to perform a manual sync – the expected result is that you can link your products and access all of the tabs in the app this way. Let me get back to you after we have performed this operation to check if it effectively worked.
