Linked products not appearing on some single product pages

    The linked products are not all showing up, just on some product pages. I’ve deactivating and reactivating plugins, switching themes including to a native WordPress one, and looking at the product pages in incognito browser, but I can’t figure it out.

    I’ve shared the link to one of the product pages where the linked ones aren’t showing up.

    Could you share a screenshot of the All Products page?
    That will allow me to check the details of all the products.

    Then edit the t-shirt product and share screenshots with me.
    I want to check how you have set up the linked products.

    The theme is Divi one by the way if that makes a difference.

    Thank you for sharing the screenshot. It shows you’ve added the product as a cross-sell item. This means when customers add the main product to the cart, it will appear on the cart page. More info https://woocommerce.com/document/related-products-up-sells-and-cross-sells/#cross-sells

    How do I get other products to appear underneath on the single product page? Or is that decided automatically?

    Hey, @webdes44!

    Those would be Related Products. Related products pulls products from your store that share the same tags or categories as the current product.

    So to have products show there, you need to add them to the same category or tag.
