Link wrong and no picture

  • I am using sharethis on our website: here If I use the Facebook share button on the top right of the site, I get no picture and the link is incorrect. If I copy the url and share it manually on Facebook, it works properly.

    I cannot upgrade wordpress. I have the latest version of the sharethis plugin. Please advise.

  • We have checked your website, it seems that your5 website doesn’t contain any Open Graph Tags.

    Please note that Facebook behavior is a bit different and we just pass the URL and then Facebook crawls the page to grab the data, and on that we don’t have any control.
    You can specify the Title, image, URL or description using the Meta tags.

    Thank you. So now I have placed the Open Graph tags into the page. The Facebook Debugger shows all of the correct information. But, when I try to share the page through the ShareThis button, I still am not getting the image, url, title, etc that I have set up with Open Graph tags. I have verified that the Open Graph tags are indeed in the header.

    I just bypassed ShareThis and used the information here to get a button that worked as expected.

    As we can check you are using Facebook’s Native share button and it seems to be working fine.
