Link with # from additional language page move to the primary page

I have a problem with # links. I am using landing page with IDs. In the menu use “#” with the same names as IDs. When I change language, menu is translated but the link doesn’t add /cn/ to the url.

Type of link – Custom link. Other type of links such as pages, posts, etc have no problem and add /cn/ to the link in additional language page.

How can I add /cn/ to the translated menu?
