Link vote outcome to gauge meter

I’m trying to link the vote outcome in WTI Like Post Pro with a meter gauge, such as that in the gaugepress plugin. Ideally one vote would equal several “degrees” on the gauge. I am not a coder, but can usually bodge together something that works after many frustrating hours of trial and error! Does anyone have any ideas to get me started?
