Link URL needed for creating new form

I need to add a link to the WP Toolbar (Admin Bar) to create a new Caldera Form. This should also work when not currently on any Caldera Forms admin page.

Is this possible at all? And if ‘yes’ how could it be done?
I searched high and low and tried a lot but cannot figure out it.
