Link upload File

    I want to retrieve the links of the files uploaded by the users to download them directly (with url )

    I use the flamingo extension,but the file is saved with an alphanumeric code
    example : 2qs2d65fsqf6g8fg56645kjl

    How to save them on media with the possibility of sharing the links (public link) ?
