• Hi there,

I intend to set up a WP installation, mainly to post pictures galleries. On an other URL I run a WP blog with text.

Now I’m wondering, if it would be possible to link one WP blog in the section of the other blog.

I’m not really familiar with multisite installations (and it’s too complicated to understand how to set it up, judging from a first glance on the how-to section). So I was considering to link the two WP blogs.

Imagine the standard WP theme. When creating pages, they’re shown as links under the header picture. Titles like “Home”, “About”, “Links”, “Blog”, are usually given to these pages. Now on this same location I’d like to ad a link to another URL instead of a sub-page of the WP Blog. I know that I could add the link somewhere else, eg. on the left or right in a widget. But it should look like sub-page. The link would lead to a 2nd blog (with the same theme and linking back).

I’d like to “optically” merge the content but keep the URL as I often link posts, documents and pictures externally and like to keep this content “up”. Do you think that putting links into this area of the blog would be possible?

If the setup and question is not clear, I could post a picture to visualise the question, just let me know.

    Thank you for your explanations

    Cheers Mirko
