• I have a site still in development (Multisite), that is using Restrict Content Pro for paid Memberships. I have two test user accounts established and I mapped/sync’d the Member role to the role that is created by RCP. However, in my Users screen, it is showing correctly that the 2 accounts have the Community Role of “Member”:

However, in the User Roles screen in UM, it says there are no users tied to this role:

Any insights would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

    Have you Synced Existing users?

    1. Please go to UM > User Roles > Edit a Role > See Sync with WordPres Role
    2. Choose Link to WordPress role
    3. Click on Sync / update all existing users

    Regards,

    Hello –

I have done that and it shows “0” in the UM > User Roles screen:

    https://www.screencast.com/t/16rfTxmoTz

Even though there are two Members listed in Users > All Users, which is what prompted me to post here.

    Thanks.

WARNING – I clicked “Sync / update all existing users” and this plugin converted my two admin accounts in subscribers. I had to revert them back manually from phpMyAdmin.

This plugin is very nice, the screens are very nice. But I also had the problem with my new subscribers not being linked to WordPress roles.
