Link to Trigger Open Toggle Tab on Other Page

Are you asking how to have a hyperlink open in a new tab?

No. I mean a link to open the Toggle Tab.

Says for example if I click this link: Link to Toggle Tab, it should open the Video Production tab on that page. But now they are all closed.

That is an Anchor that uses the id attribute:

To jump to the HTML Element with the id of #video just include it in HTML

To add them in your menu, use the Custom Link item (in the menu builder) and add the full URL with the #video.

I understand the Anchor link work within the page but I can’t get it done with opening the toggle tab from another page.
