Hi Randolf, the emails are connected to Woocommerce emails so you would need to go into your Woocommerce Settings > Emails > and make sure that your email settings are correctly set-up. This should resolve your issue. Let us know if you have any further questions Randolf.

    Hi Quadshot,

Thanks for your quick response. I think I didn’t make myself clear. Some others had the same problem. Their prbolem is written over here,

Could you help me to fix this problem?

    Hello @wp-randy

Taking a look at the URL you listed in your original response, it seems that the ticket permalink is not set up correctly and this will cause users to be redirected when trying to view their tickets.

I created a test event and purchased a ticket. Through the email, I get a URL with this in the permalink:
    /ticket/fDM3Ni4xMDI4LjEwMX5hNWE4NTM2OGFlNjNkZjE5ZDVjNmE0NTcyYTc5OTZlZDljMzA4ZTli/?n=dbb90a21f7634a1348f4e8fb9cc9f89c

Trying setting your permalink setting to “post name” in Settings > Permalinks to see if that solves the issue.

Thanks for reaching out, Randolf! Let us know if you have any additional questions.

I cant get the permalink to stick on custom permalink %postname%

Mine isn’t even creating a link. It’s creating a code.
