Link to Ticket Detail not working

When the user gets an email that contains a link to Ticket Detail, the link always opens a page that has the following error message: “Record not found”. The ticket can be seen in the back end, but the user can’t open the ticket.
To test, go to https://c1webhosting.com/support/ and create a ticket. You’ll get an email notification. In the email, click on Ticket Detail and it will attempt to open the ticket with “Record not found”.
