Link to the FB page are being posted not as permalink

This is the link I’d like to post to my FB page
https://www.****.com/medicina-e-salute/estetica-cosmesi/bodytite-la-liposuzione-sicura-e-tecnologica.htmAnd this is the one I get:
https://www.****.com/?p=1934The problem is that the second cannot be advertized through FB because it has a 301 Reditect.
How can I change this setting?
