Link to specific page of PDF

Is it possibly to add a query string at the end of the link so that it’ll take the user to a specific page on a PDF?

This is supported through standard PDF links (e.g. https://www.website.com/pdf/example.pdf#page=12 will take the user to page 12 of that PDF).

Using the Download Monitor plugin, is it possible to configure something like this (https://www.website.com/download/example/#page=12) to work?
