Link to source article?

1- How can I include the original source and the author’s name in every post?

2- How to link the post title to the source permalink?

The first one explains how to add a “Read More” link to the original site at the end of the content of each post, and the second one explains how to link the title of your posts to the original site, please take a look at them.

As for the permalinks format in your site, take a look at this article, there you can find the information you need.
