A slide-in is not a “standalone” element so it can only be displayed withing (or rather “over”) some pages of your site. Depending on what exactly you wish to achieve, I’m thinking of two possible solutions here:
1) create a dedicated post or page and set the slide-in to show only on that page (via “Visibility” rules)
2) or use “Referrer” visibility condition (also in “Visibility” slide-in configuration tab) where you can set a full URL or use a “pattern” (you can use multiple ones) so when this is detected – only then the slide-in will be displayed.
In fact, you can also combine these two ways for the same slide-in (and add some other as visibility rules as well).
