Hi. I am really new to this. We have a registration page with custom code to add users to our previous program (Hubspot). So currently, people who complete that form goes into the HubSpot database. How can I change this to go to my Mailpoet list?

    Thank you

    Hi there,

You can replace your custom code with a MailPoet shortcode to display a subscription form. You can see details on creating a MailPoet subscription form here:

    https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/140-create-a-subscription-form

The subscribers’ details will be saved on your site’s database.

As for the existing subscribers on your Hubspot account, I recommend importing them with a CSV file.

Make sure to also review the checklist before importing your subscribers.

    I hope this helps!

Hi – thank you for your time.
I think I will be okay with creating a newsletter. My concern is that customers that create an account is not added to a database.

Is there a separate page for registration?
    Thank you

    Hi there @renier8,

    Sorry for the delay.

I think I will be okay with creating a newsletter. My concern is that customers that create an account is not added to a database.

If your customers sign up for your newsletters they should be added to your site’s database and should appear under WP Admin > MailPoet > Subscribers.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

    Hi there ????

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – we’ll be here if and/or when you are ready to continue.

    Cheers!
