Link to Profile Page In Page Template

    I need a bit of help link to users profiles.

    Is there a way I can display a link to the user who has created a posts profile page?

    I am using this plugin along with another listings plugin and I need a link to be displayed on each listing to the authors profile page so that other users are able to message them directly?

    So either a link to their profile or a direct link for messaging?
