    Hi there,

If you want to achieve this in the front end, then for example, you will need to create a menu or sub-menu item that when you click on it, it will redirect you to the page where you have the [client-portal] shortcode.

Note: To create this menu or sub-menu item you can use the default WordPress functionality, for example, go to your site’s Dashboard -> Appearance -> Menus -> here you have the option to create a “Custom Links” -> and there you can add the URL of the page where you have the [client-portal] shortcode + the name of that menu item. Note 2: In case you use a specific plugin to customize your menus or a specific theme, then you should still be able to achieve something similar while also using those functionalities.

    Hi @elmoil,

    Glad to hear this!

Hope you have an amazing day!

    Best regards,

Hello, I want to achieve something similar but I’m using Elementor and creating a custom template for the Private Pages.

When a client visits the site they have to log in and they’re automatically redirected to their private page, that works fine. When they come back and they are already logged in due to cookies settings, they see a message that says they’re logged in so I need to add a link to take them to their private page but using the slug /info-cliente/ (which is the default slug in Spanish) gives a 404 error because it doesn’t have the username attached to it.

Already fixed it by creating a custom shortcode.
