“Link to” not showing in WordPress

Hi

I add image module in the Gutenberg post but I can’t found the option “Link to”
I follow multi times same tutorial but there is no option to link.
Also, I try to see image in gallery if there is maybe some option but still do not see the “Link to” option

I am using the latest version of WordPress.

UPDATE: I see that not show “Link to” option for “Image Block (Default Block)” in Gutenberg but gallery block show “Link to”
