    Hi,

When I navigate to previous events thats all working perfectly. But when I want to navigatie to Next Events Ik get the message; “There were no results found”. Which is not correct there are events planned.

Any idea how to fix this? Or which file to edit so that I can as temporaily switch the link to next events off.

    Regard Nell

    Hi 57npha,

Have you tried deactivating other plugins to look for a conflict, or switching to a default theme like Twenty Twelve? If you can isolate this as an issue that’s inherent to The Events Calendar, we’d be happy to look into it further. Unfortunately, we can’t help troubleshoot conflicts here on the free forum. If you do find a conflict, you can try getting in touch with the developer of the theme or plugin and see if they can shed some light on the issue.

    Hi Leah,

Switching off plugins ans switching to another theme doesn’t solve the problem. I am using the Avada theme. A lot op WP sites work with that theme. For now I made an adjustment in de nav.php (using in Child theme) that more or less hides the not properly working link. (My knowlege of php is very limited). I regret to read that there is no further support for the free version of the plugin.

    Hi 57npha,

Thanks for your note. I’m glad that you were able to find a solution that works for you. We try to make our plugin as widely compatible as possible, but there are so many themes out there–and they’re always changing–that it’s impossible for our plugins to work out of the box with them all.

The awesome free plugin that is The Events Calendar represents thousands of hours of developer work and testing, as well as the time spent developing and maintaining our public support documentation. We are a small company and strive to provide the best support we can, but as such we can only provide premium support to our paying customers. We spend time each week checking this forum for bug reports and patterns, but please understand that we cannot provide customization and theme assistance to users of our free plugin.

    Best,
    Leah
