Link to image and pass ID

Hey I am using your plugin. Thanks for such a good plugin.

I have a question. Now it works like on clicking portfolio item it opens a image with descriprion in pop up. Is there any tweak such that I can redirect to a new page and passing the “id” of the clicked portfolio item so on new page. So I can write a query on that page using ID passed so I can show individual portfolio items on new page.
