Sorry, but it is not clear, what exactly work incorrect?
Provided page is filtered and filter selected and seems work correct, because not filtered page has another amount of products.

I’ve addedd two banners to my start page, one that links to the category for all shoes filtered on showing all womens shoes and one for allshoes filtered on all mens shoes.

I use this link for the womens shoes and it works fine: https://fotvardsbutiken.se/skor/?filters=kon%5B161%5D

When I filter out the mens shoes I get this link: https://fotvardsbutiken.se/skor/?filters=kon%5B162%5D

The mens link doesn’t work and the button looks bad (see linked screenshot where it’s marked in yellow and the link below to see it live).

I’ve duplicated the womens shoes button and just changed the url that it should link two, the rest should be the same. Why doesn’t the button work?

Sorry, but it is not issue with plugin. Plugin do not have any specific buttons with filters.
Link https://fotvardsbutiken.se/skor/?filters=kon%5B162%5D work correct and display filtered page.
Not sure how did you add buttons, but please check that it is do not have any errors, because it seems page do not have this link at all.
