Link to & Expand Answer

Hi – I would like to add a link on a page (say the home page) that directs the user to a specific question on the FAQ Page, and expands the answers.

Here is an example, let’s say on the home page I have text that says “… learn about what time to arrive.” And, I want to link “what time to arrive” to the FAQ Question I have on the FAQ Page named “What time should I arrive?” … directing the user specifically to that question and expanding the answer.

How can this be done?
