link to existing content not clickable

Why you can’t use WordPress 3.9?
What’s not working with 1.0 on 3.8.3? Can you describe your problem?

just can’t update the theme yet – other problems not related to this and waiting on dev approval.

the problem w/ 1.0 on wp3.8.3 was it wasn’t working yesterday. perhaps I was holding cache in the admin screen??? but it was everything in the modal box under the nofollow checkbox was unclickable.

Currently it seems to be working w/ 1.0 & 3.8.3.
