Link to download does not appear

I have the same problem, In several browsers, they do not work from opera, from internet explorer and Mozila …. and for Chrome work some times.

I have combined the download with the form has been filled and in Chrome it works well some times
This is the code that I add

And when you fill the for must be appear the download link.

But only work some times with Chrome browser…and don’t work in Internet explorer, Opera, Mozilla

I have the same problem. It was working for few days then nothing. It captures email, and send emails with body but without link.

I have the same problem. The download form works fine but when I submit the form, the downlaod button doesn’t appear.
