link to different site from nav bar in theme twenty eleven

    Hi,

    I am a wp newbie. I just set up my wp blog using the twenty eleven theme. I have a business web site on another platform and have set up a new tab page with back door pointer to my blog. I did this so when customers are on my business site, they can click on my blog directly from there. I’d like to set up a tab on my blog site that says “Shop Now” so customers will be redirected back to the Home page of my business site. Can someone help me to set that up?
