link to blog subdomain not working

  • Hi,

    I have a site called https://ugivegoodweb.com. Because I originally wanted my blog to look different from the main site I set up a subdomain called https://blog.ugivegoodweb.com. I now want to link the blog to my main site, but when I click blog on the navbar, I get a 404 not found error. I’ve tried using the 301 redirect function on the dashboard, but it doesn’t work. I’ve also tried editing the permalink for the blog page, but it won’t let me change it to blog.ugivegoodweb.com. Any suggestions?
