Link to auto fill a form

Hello, i’ve been looking for a solution for this, but no luck at all.
I need to auto fill a form with data stored in a list, so i need to insert a button besides of every row so the customer can click it an redirect to a form with the data auto filled in it.
Would it be possible?

I think the solution comes from here https://cfdbplugin.com/?p=867 but i cannot figure how to do it.
