Link to Author page Redirected

Hello,

I recently discovered that the links i have on my blogpost pages to the author pages are beeing redirected. In fact, i have a link to /author/ccamds/, for example (i have permalinks activated). Or there is a 301 to reach the author page, which is : /author/ccamds (the same thing, without the final slash).

I want to make the generated link (via the the_author_posts_link function) point directly to the correct url, to avoid the redirection. Any idea what do i have to change to acheve that ?
