Link to Author (Multiple Authors) and switch Thumbnail

Hi, this is a great plugin, but I was wondering. How do I set it to link to authors’ pages? I’m also using Multiple Authors plugin, so will need to use that as well.
Also how do I move the thumbnail to before the posts?
