Link to assigned post and post title in widget

Hello, great plugin. However, I would like to add a widget with the latest reviews on my site. For now, the widget ‘Latest reviews’ just shows the review text, stars and name, but I would like to add a link to the assigned posts and the title of the post that the review was submitted to. How can I achieve this?
