    Hi,

    Thanks for using CusRev.

    Please try to go to admin area > Settings > Permalinks > Re-save permalink setting Post Name and recheck the issue.

    Let me know how it goes.

    In the debug log file, it just output a warning message like :

    [04-Nov-2024 02:47:18 UTC] PHP Notice: Function register_sidebar was called incorrectly. No id was set in the arguments array for the “Sidebar 1” sidebar. Defaulting to “sidebar-1”.     Any errors related to the Customer Reviews plugin. It keep showing a blank screen.

    Thanks for sharing the debug log. The error about the sidebar isn’t related to our plugin.

    As the next step of troubleshoot, could you share the full list of active plugins installed on your website? You can get them from WooCommerce > Status page

    Thanks, that’s a long list of plugins! Now, please try to deactivate them one by one and check if the review form will start working. This will help to identify the plugin that conflicts with our plugin and breaks the review form.

    Thanks for helping again.

    Disabled all plugins, I kept woo-commerce and the cusRev plugins but the issue is still there.
