Thank you for your response, but I believe there was a misunderstanding regarding my question.

Let me clarify: I am looking for a way to create a direct link to a specific FAQ entry that I can share externally. For instance, if I’m writing an email to one of my app users, I’d like to include a link that takes them directly to a particular FAQ.

This would make it much easier for me to reference specific information without asking users to navigate the entire FAQ section.

You mentioned last year that this feature would be added in the next update. Could you confirm if it’s been implemented or if it’s still in development?

1/ I updated my plugin but did not manage to make it work.
In your vidéo, the url is for example:
localhost/wordpress/accordion-faq/?faq_item_id=4

What is localhost/wordpress/accordion-faq/ ?
Is it the url of the page where my faq is implemented?

I tried on my side: https://esail4vr.fr/fr/questions-frequentes/?faq_item_id=35
Where https://esail4vr.fr/fr/questions-frequentes/ points to my FAQ page and an FAQ with an item_id of 35. I simply land on my FAQ page.

2/ Will the specific FAQ be opened?

1. The “localhost/wordpress/accordion-faq” means your page URL.

2. If you visit the link below, I can see that the FAQ, which has ID 30, is opened and takes us to that position. (Yes, specific FAQ will open)

Mac: works on Safari but not on Google Chrome (page opens but nothing else is happening)

Can you have a look at the Chrome on macOS issue?
This is why I was confused earlier as this is my default working setup.

I tested Chrome on macOS and working it as expected. I think it’s a browser cache issue.
Please check it in the guest window, not the Incognito Window and let me know.
