Link to a Single Product Reviews Tab

That guy suggested we can add “#comment-1” to the url so when page loads reviews-tab is open. But the problem is, well yes, reviews-tab appears open, but the page still doesnt scroll to it. Because I dont have ‘#comment-1’ there. I have ‘#comment-37’ at the top for example (or any other number)
Any suggestions?
