Link to a new page, bringing the form data into a new form

I’m creating a simple job listings directory. I’d like applicants to click on a link in the details section to take them to another page with a form to fill out to be considered for the job.

I’d like to carry the data from the directory details into the new form, at the very least the entry-id for the form (this is so the administrator knows what job they are applying for)
