Link Templates Field Missing

you can select link template while you are embedding shortcode or block. Use https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/gutenberg-blocks/ for insert Gutenberg block or if you are with the classic editor, use https://www.wpdownloadmanager.com/download/advanced-tinymce-button/ to generate shortcode, there you will have the option to select link template.

Not clear for me in Gutenberg how to add link template but installed classic editor plugin and really simple.
