Link tab flickering

    It’s been a few months now but all links I try to create on any wyswyg flickers like this. I always have to create the link on the ‘Text’ tab.

    I’ve shared the issue with all other workers on our studio and none of them have this problem. Even using same browser/computer model/versions.

    Video recorded on Chrome build 70.0.3538.77, macbook pro with OS Sierra 10.13.6.

    Any ideas?
