Link Straight to Twitter

I’ve recently installed this plugin on the website I maintain for a charity. We think it looks great and love how easy it is to use. However, we can’t get it to link straight to twitter. We’d love to use the plugin, but not if it links to https://www.twitter-fanbox.com – is it possible to change this?
